About the Author
Santosh Shah is an experienced chef, who has worked in high-brow restaurants for years, including Cinnamon Kitchen and Michelin-starred Benares. He competed on the UK's most prestigious cookery competition, Masterchef: The Professionals, coming in second place. Santosh is hugely charismatic and will be reappearing on Masterchef as a returning contestant judge in 2022. Santosh will also be opening his own restaurant in London in autumn 2021. He has a growing social media following of 62K on Instagram, 19.2k on Twitter, and 28.4k subscribers on YouTube. He is also in talks to participate in various reality TV shows, such as Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix, one of the top reality series on the network.
