When Mary Blocks suffered a stubborn creativity block, her bored inner child demanded a dog. So Mary spent a Christmas Holiday looking at hundreds of online pictures of locally available dogs. After visiting several animal rescue shelters, she adopted Gracie, a four-year-old Miniature Pinscher.

Never having heard of a In Pin was only the beginning of Mary's doggie ignorance. Gracie was also surprisingly untrained. Follow their learning curve in this entertaining memoir, divided into 71 alphabetical categories. Dog Rescue A to Z offers an indispensable resource for all dog adopters and dog lovers.
