About the Author
Thomas Forster is a principal ballet dancerfor American Ballet Theatre. He trained at the Elmhurst School of Dance and the prestigious Royal Ballet Upper School in England, before building his career with American Ballet Theatre. Thomas lives in New Jersey with his wife, Leann, and their wonderful son, Benjamin.
Shari Siadat is an author, dancer, model, and activist, whose work focuses on identity, beauty standards, and movement as a mechanism for self-discovery.
