About the Author
Frances Anna Gillette was born and raised in Washington. She is the oldest of seven children and learned to cook at a very young age, when food on the farm was simple and wholesome. Frances and her husband were blessed with eight children, 46 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. A registered nurse, Fran, along with her daughter, owns and operates Superior Care for Seniors, Inc., a referral placement service for the elderly. Fran thanks everyone who has bought and used her recipe books. Her goal is to share good recipes, and she feels passionate about keeping good food on the table.
