1. Our Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase from Bookmarks Retail. However, if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Our customer satisfaction guarantee allows returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the guidelines below.
2. Eligibility
- Return Window: You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items should be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and certain other limited items (if any apply) are non-refundable.
3. Initiating a Return
- How to Start: Email returns@bookmarksretail.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Label: We will send you a prepaid label if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item.
4. Return Shipping
- Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping.
- Other Returns (e.g., changed mind): The cost of return shipping will either be deducted from your refund or paid by you, depending on your specific situation.
5. Refunds
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
- Original Shipping Costs: In most cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
