She has worked in a children's bookstore and as an editor for a children's publisher, so she can enthuse about kids' books 'til the cows come home. Born in a mini car in a parking lot in South Wales, Mini Grey worked as a theater designer, then a primary school teacher, before beginning to make children's picture books, some of which have won awards. Mini lives in Oxford, UK, with her partner, Tony, and son, Herbie. She likes running along the river and down hallways, and playing with her food.
