  • Author is a well-established authority on Judaism. He is a Rabbi, a recognized thought leader, and author of 36 previous books. In 2020, Rami received the Huston Smith Award for Excellence in Inter-Spiritual Education. He is also the recipient of the Reb Zalman Shachter-Shalomi Legacy Award; a two-time winner of the Best Jewish Writing award; and a six-time winner of Spirituality & Practice's award for best spiritual nonfiction.

  • This is a book with broad appeal, particularly to those Jews now returning to the faith after the exploration of other religions and looking for a Judaism that is more inclusive. This book will also appeal to non-Jews looking for a way to relate to an ancient tradition that does not overtly exclude them. It will also appeal to practicing Jews who are dissatisfied with the limitations of 21st century Judaism, questioning Jews who wonder how Judaism can become more meaningful and non-practicing Jews who have been turned off by much of what contemporary Judaism has to offer.

  • JWT is primarily a spiritual book, accessible to anyone. It is not political in nature, nor is it dogmatic. Its goal is to help the reader become their true self.

  • Spirituality & Health Magazine: Rami hosts a weekly column, Roadside Assistance for the Spiritual Traveler, a weekly podcast, Essential Conversations with Rabbi Rami, in addition to serving as a contributing editor.
