About the Author
KATE O'DONNELL is a nationally certified Ayurvedic practitioner, Ashtanga yoga teacher, and author of The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook and Everyday Ayurveda Cooking for a Calm, Clear Mind. She studied in India for twenty years and continues to travel there annually for study, and she teaches Ayurveda internationally. At home, Kate is the director of The Boston Ayurveda School and an Ashtanga yoga program, as well as contributor to many publications. She teaches trainings, cooking classes, seasonal cleanses, retreats, and Kripalu programs when she isn't practicing yoga or having a chai.
